Many of the beliefs that helped organizations to be successful in a stable business environment, now prevent us from being successful in the fast changing, highly competitive world of today. This is known as a world of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. Or VUCA.

Many leaders are in the process of transforming their organizations from product focused organizations which thrive in a stable, predictable world, to innovative customer focused organizations who are able to adapt to a VUCA or constantly changing world.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. Albert Einstein.

The first step in transforming an organization to be successfully in an unpredictable and volatile world,is to change the type of thinking we have about our organizations. From old thinking to new thinking. From old beliefs, to new beliefs.
