In our first info-graphic on corporate culture change, we showed how a number of different groups get involved in a culture change.

This info-graphic shows the journey managers and senior managers take in a corporate culture change. Begin at the bottom right. Here we see how managers think and behave towards their employees at the start of a culture change journey. End at the top left, where we define the type of behaviours, skills and beliefs that leaders who empower managers and staff will have, within a culture that thrives in a changing world.

Then working from the bottom up, trace the journey managers will need to take to be successful in the desired culture.
