Info-graphic of an employee journey in a corporate culture change.

In our first info-graphic on corporate culture change, we showed how a number of different groups get involved in a culture change.

These include:

  • The company as a whole.
  • Employees.
  • Change agents.
  • Middle & senior managers
  • Executives
  • Steering-committees.

This infographic shows the journey employees take in a corporate culture change. Begin at the bottom right. Here we see how employees think and behave at the start of a culture change journey. End at the top left, where we define the type of behaviours, skills and beliefs that employees will need to thrive in a organization that adapts to a fast changing environment. Then working from the bottom up, trace the journey employees will need to take to be successful in the desired culture.

When reading this info-graphic note that different employees within this journey progress at different rates. This is the overall view of a an employee journey.
